As owner of Ace Water Well Service, I would like to give a courtesy to all the Plumbers who think they know about the state law when it come to working on a Water Well. You may think you are licensed but by State Law in chapter 35 posted by the Oklahoma Water Resource Board, a plumber can not work on a pressure tank or a pump , your license falls after the ball valve after the tank. I just want any licensed plumber to know your limitation. OWRB will start fining and punishing anyone who touches a water well system and it can carry a fine and or jail, it is a Misdemeanor crime.
