We offer year-round stability, transitioning from high-end landscaping in the spring/summer/fall to snow removal and ice management in the winter.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Landscaping (Spring–Fall):
Perform lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, pruning).
Plant installation, mulching, and bed design.
Operate and maintain commercial equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers).
Assist with hardscape construction (pavers, patios).
Snow Removal (Winter):
Operate plow trucks, skid steers, or UTVs to clear parking lots and driveways.
Use walk-behind snowblowers and shovels to clear sidewalks.
Apply salt and ice melt products.
On-call availability for storm events, including nights and weekends.
Valid Driver's License (Clean driving record preferred).
1+ years of experience in landscaping or snow removal preferred (but we are willing to train the right candidate).
Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to the shop.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team.
[Optional: CDL or Experience with heavy machinery is a plus].
