Maintenance Technician — First Shift
Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys fixing, building, troubleshooting, and keeping things running smoothly? We want YOU on our team!
We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our equipment, facilities, and building systems safe, efficient, and operating at their best.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, complete repairs, assist with facility projects, maintain tools and supplies, and help keep our workplace safe and organized.
⚙️ What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude
✔ Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge
✔ General carpentry, repair, and facility maintenance skills
✔ Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
✔ Welding experience is a plus
✔ Dependable, organized, and ready to work as part of a team
🎓 Experience & Training:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous maintenance, construction, mechanical, or related experience is preferred, but on-the-job training is provided!
🧰 Tools:
Candidates must provide their own basic maintenance tools.
Yearly tool allowance available!
💪 Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and safely work at heights up to 25 feet indoors and 35 feet on rooftops.
✅ Hiring Process:
Candidates will complete a hands-on physical assessment to demonstrate maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
