We feel that one of our best assets is that we are family owned and operated and are currently in our second generation of operation. We are one of the few remaining area construction firms, which offers service after the sale. This is something the owners, Gerald and Dorothy Bauman, have believed in and continue to maintain as an essential part of the company. From its modest beginning, Bauman Construction of Chippewa Falls Inc has matured into a multi-million dollar design/build general contractor and has continued to serve its varied clients in the family oriented tradition of service and attention to detail. Quality and durability are the primary concerns of the company when constructing any project. We stress the importance of providing our customers with a product, which not only is a source of pride to the owner for many years to come, but is a source of pride to the builder as well. Our goal is not to be the biggest but the best and we take great pride in a job well done. Bauman Construction currently provides full-time employment for approximately 45 individuals as well as seasonal intern employees. The owners take pride in having employees which have remained with the company as it has matured, which is shown by our crew foremen having an average of 24+ years of experience with our company. We have made a strong commitment to provide a safe work environment on all of our job sites. Our primary objective is to make safety our first priority. Our company has currently completed over 950 days without a lost time accident. We feel confident that we have the qualifications to provide you with the expertise and management skills to complete your projects.

I was awarded the Building Wisconsin Award for my support getting more people into the skilled trades. Individuals who complete skilled trade apprenticeship programs have a near 100% job placement. Skilled trade jobs are fundamental to our communities! It was really neat to visit this business as my Dad sold buildings part-time for Bauman Construction back in the late 80's- early 90's. A lot has changed over the years, but still a great company in Chippewa Falls.
