We’ve been wrapped up with sealcoating for about a month now, and it’s CONCRETE & ASPHALT just about every day!

It’s that time of year to start crack sealing roads.

Shot elevations off the existing garage to ensure everything tied in properly. With this area sitting on a steep downhill slope, we brought in 5 tons of road base, raised the pad approximately 12 inches, and poured a 4-inch-thick concrete parking pad while maintaining the proper pitch for drainage.

Like any project, it all starts with a solid plan. Proper drainage, accurate elevations, and a quality concrete mix are essential to building something that will last. Just as important is properly backfilling and grading the edges to help prevent washout, erosion, and future settling.

Nothing here is groundbreaking or complicated. It’s simply about following the right steps, paying attention to the details, and taking the time to do things right from start to finish.

At the end of the day, quality work comes down to proper planning, proper ex*****on, and following through on every step of the process.
