Job Responsibilities:

Project estimating

Ensure positive client relations

Subcontractor management

Material procurement

Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Create and modify scope of work

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field or 5 years of experience in construction project management.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Ability to read plans

We’re Hiring Carpenters! Help us get the word out!

MASE Construction is seeking experienced finish and framing carpenters to join our growing team. We offer diverse project opportunities, including custom homes, renovations, and commercial construction throughout the Chippewa Valley.
Candidates should have a minimum of five years of carpentry experience, reliable transportation, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship and teamwork. We look forward to welcoming the right candidate to our team.

Benefits
$28 - $35 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
• Construct and install framework for buildings using wood and metal stud framing techniques.
• Utilize hand and power tools to perform carpentry tasks efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project ex*****on.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and operating equipment.
• Conduct repairs and finish work, including trim carpentry and drywall installation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
