Johnson Roofing Solutions is looking for experienced Roofers and Laborers to join our team.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with roofing or construction experience who are comfortable working outdoors and as part of a crew. Roofing experience is preferred, but we are also willing to consider laborers who are motivated, reliable, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with residential roof installations and tear-offs
- Install shingles and/or metal roofing based on experience
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare roof surfaces
- Load, unload, and carry roofing materials and tools
- Assist with job site setup and cleanup
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow company safety procedures and roofing best practices
- Work efficiently as part of a roofing crew
- Perform other roofing and general labor duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous roofing or construction experience preferred
- Experience with shingle and/or metal roofing is a plus
- Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and at heights
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Willing to learn and follow directions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and perform the physical requirements of roofing work
