🔥 It’s only about a million degrees in Florida today… give or take. 🥵🚜

The forecast says 93°…

The equipment says 120°…

The blacktop says “Don’t touch me.”

And the cab? Well… let’s just say you could probably cook lunch in it.

But truth be told… we wouldn’t trade it.

This is what we love. Early mornings, long days, dirty boots, diesel fuel, heavy iron, and watching a job come together one load at a time.

While most folks are looking for shade, we’re loading up, rolling out, and getting it done. Every project starts with a little sweat, a lot of experience, and a commitment to doing it right.

There’s something special about working for lifelong friends.

This road has already led to countless memories, laughter, and a beautiful place they’ve built to call home. Today, we had the privilege of making that journey just a little smoother.

Sometimes our job isn’t creating something new—it’s making something that’s already loved even better.

Watching that motor grader roll across the road with “20 Acres Wide” playing in the background, then looking up to a sunset like this… it’s hard not to stop and appreciate it all.

We’re thankful for customers who become friends, and friends who trust us with their property. That kind of trust means everything to us.

Some men leave behind buildings. Some leave behind businesses.

These two are building something much greater.

Alan Cushman taught us that a handshake still matters, your word is your bond, and success isn’t measured in dollars, but in the people who call you Dad, Grandpa, Husband, and Friend.

CJ Green is the guy everyone calls when a project seems impossible. He doesn’t look for excuses—he looks for solutions. His ingenuity, determination, and willingness to help others make him priceless to CG Site and our community.

Both men lead from the front. Both would stop what they’re doing to help someone in need. Both work hard, sacrifice quietly, and love their families fiercely.

This Father’s Day weekend, CG Site honors two men whose greatest accomplishments aren’t measured in yards moved, pipe laid, or projects completed.

Their greatest accomplishments call them Dad.

No air conditioning today, just open windows, dust, sweat, and gratitude. Some folks couldn’t imagine doing this kind of work, but truthfully, I wouldn’t trade it.
