Little one day turn and burn drainage job.

Driveway graded towards house, entry sunk towards house, fence causing a dam situation and downspout running back towards the house. If it could be leaning the wrong way it was!

We regraded the whole driveway, re poured the approach, buried/extended the downspout and removed the fence to get client set up for a dry future ✅

Big one in the books! Wow that was a lot of wheel barrows 😵‍💫.

Roughly 2,500,000lbs of material went into this job. We built a three tiered erosion control system to save this property for these clients. Onto the next!

Picking away at the largest erosion control job we’ve done to date 💪🏻

This particular job has three goals, retain this drainage right away, conjoin this clients neighboring empty lot they purchased and to soften the grade of this hill to not only slow water down to prevent erosion but to make this a more useable transisition between properties.

We are bringing in roughly 2,500,000 pounds of rip rap to hold this bad boy down. Now that’s a heavy blanket!

This job was all about WATER! Incorrect yard grade, sunken slab pushing water into the house and failed downspouts/sump pump plumbing.

We got this client set up for a dry future ✅✅

we fought the weather a little bit but nothing a cheap diy circus tent can’t handle 🎪 rain or shine work don’t stop!

Have a new compactor this year and haven’t had a chance to order the rubber mat for pavers so a rubber welcome mat it is 💪🏻✅
