It's been awhile since I've posted what we've been up too. So here's today's work.
A couple before and after pics.
First is a clean up and rework and the second is a new house construction.
There has been so much happening this spring and new and exciting things are coming.
I literally have thousands of pictures and videos!

So the years keep flying by and year after year we grow.
Not only in size but capability and experience.
It has always been our goal to be able to do your jobs from start to finish.
We have alot of equipment but this is a nice size comparison.
we started with the 30,000 pound machine then added a 60,000 pound machine and now meet the new Big Dog, A 106,000 pound monster!
I can't thank our customers enough and love the team we are building here.
Sometimes small is good but it has always been my mindset,
GO BIG OR GO HOME!

To tell you the truth, This monster has gotten too big for me to competently keep up with.
We are looking for someone to manage the front office of our business and do it better than me.
I have been running this business since 1996 and it's time to make a leap forward. Our growth potential is only limited by the people we have here. So if you are the kind of person that would like the challenge of implementing your own management style to a growing down to earth family oriented business, this may be your new home.
You will never be just a number here.

Duties to include
Answering phones, keeping quick books updated, organizing, writing work orders, working with our techs and operators, ordering parts, scheduling, accounts payable and receivables, etc

You will be dealing with our customers on a daily basis and will more often than not be our first contact with new customers so we need you to be friendly and inviting.

I built this Company on a We can do that attitude and I need that from everyone that is a part of this company.

So I would love to meet you and see if you may be the right person to help me push this monster of ours to the next level.

Spring time rush is upon us and we are looking to fill a couple spots in our shop for experienced Mechanics.
This is not your basic oil change shop. We work on everything big and small. We need people that can work on a lawn mower one minute and then pull a transmission on a quad axle dump truck the next.
We take great pride in our ability to get our customers jobs done no matter what they are and will even make the replacement parts for the project if they are not available anymore.
If you are the type of person that likes a job that is always changing then this may be for you.
Pay is negotiable and dependant on your experience.
If you have the ability to do metal fabrication and welding, these skills would also be very helpful here but not required.
