But, sheetrock is a major step!
Safe to say this project has rounded a major corner.

Very exciting day!!!!
Inspections have been signed off on, and we have the go-ahead for insulation.
Huge shout-out to Safco Foam Insulation for this fantastic job!!
The entire crawl space as well as the walls and ceiling are being insulated with closed cell foam in order to create a tight envelope. This will ensure a draft free, cozy kitchen!

Ok.....
After reframing that exterior wall, we framed interior walls in order to add room for insulation, conceal the post & beam structure, add support for the window openings, and also just to have nice plumb walls!!
Rough plumbing and electrical is signed off on; Next step insulation!
