Holly has been sold! The buyers were able to choose some interior options. Making this a very reasonably priced custom home! With a few weeks left of construction they will be closing escrow and be able to move in!!

Schmale is less than 8 weeks until complete! Plenty of time to make some interior color choices!
Redbud is still in the framing stage. It’s almost 3000sqft
We just broke ground on our next home too!

How pretty was the snow Paradise got last week!! It doesn’t happen very often!

Our home on Holly is getting ready to paint! The weather slowed us down a little but that just means other projects were moved up! We have Schmale and Redbud in the works!

Our new project is underway!! We project to finish this house in under 5 months!
This home is less than 15 minutes from Chico! From the light at Bruce road to the light at Schmale (with cruise control set at skyways speed limit of 55) I was able to time the drive at 10 minutes and 37 seconds! What an amazing commute for a brand new home on a large lot!
