Construction has begun at Cleveland Bailey Elementary School!
Early this morning, crews poured the foundation for a new 5,000 SF storm shelter addition for Mid-Del Schools (Oklahoma) . It is the first step of a four-phase project, and there is a lot of great work still ahead.
When complete, the storm shelter will also serve as an educational space, housing a new music room and additional classrooms. Phases 2 through 4 will continue into a full interior school remodel, giving the entire campus a fresh look and feel.
We are grateful to be working alongside Larson Design Group on a project built around student safety and community.

Willowbrook is partnering with the Tulsa Housing Authority to deliver 106 units of quality, affordable housing for Tulsa residents.
Spanning six buildings, the development includes a dedicated community center designed to support residents and build a strong sense of community. Construction is underway, with the first two buildings targeted to open later this year!
We're grateful to the Tulsa Housing Authority for the opportunity to deliver housing that makes a meaningful difference.

Willowbrook is hiring a Payroll Clerk in Chickasha, Oklahoma!
You'll handle payroll for our office and field crews, manage tax filings, and keep our records accurate and audit ready. You'll report to our CFO and get hands-on training from our outgoing payroll specialist before they go.
We're looking for someone who hits deadlines, handles sensitive information with care, and connects well with people at every level of the company. Payroll experience helps, but the right attitude and attention to detail matter most.

The Willowbrook Safety team recognized someone who makes safety the number one priority on the jobsite — every day, without exception.
The Carl Wilkerson Award was created to honor the memory of Carl Wilkerson, a valued member of the Willowbrook family who passed away last year after a battle with cancer. Carl left a mark on the people who worked alongside him, and this award keeps that standard alive. It goes to the person who best embodies what he stood for.
This year, that person is Travis Harvey.

Hundreds of educators and community members gathered for Stillwater's Celebration of Education at the new Stillwater High School, getting their first look at the nearly 200,000 SF facility.

Superintendent Tyler Bridges and Principal Walter Howell called the new school "transformative" and "pioneering” while celebrating a project completed on schedule and under budget.

Willowbrook was proud to serve as the Construction Manager alongside 505 Architects LLC.
