Here is an unedited video of our recycler. And it does just that.

When we drill into the ground the mud we use to help carve through the earth mixes with the dirt and carries it to the hole we started in. On some shots we set up the Recycler suction pulls the mud returns to the recycler where it is dumped on a series of vibrating screens.

The milling fall off of the screen and off of the recycler while the mud that is suitable to be reused is sent back to the drill.

This does save a lot of mud mixing and trips to fill our tanks with water but the primary benefit of the Recycler is to save time.

On the drill shots that need a large amount of mud or where we need to maintain a consistently higher pressure it is imperative that we try to minimize our down time.

Here is an unedited video of how the drill rods are swapped out when we are pulling back. It seems like an easy set of operations but that’s because the machine and operator make it look that way.

DBU Construction | Drill Crew

Drilling is dirty work—and somebody’s got to get down and dirty to get the job done. 😏

We make the holes, handle the mud, and put in the hard work to get the job done right.

We know a thing or two about making an impression… especially when we’re working deep. 😉

Billy McEvoy, the world's bright light will be a little dimmer now that you have passed away. You were an amazing family man, a hard worker, and someone truly worthy of admiration. Your kindness, strength, and presence touched the lives of many.
You will be deeply, DEEPLY missed, but your memory and the impact you had on those around you will never be forgotten.
Rest peacefully, Uncle Bill. You were truly one of a kind!
Till we meet again....
