The before and after. I did just post this whole job but for the people that don’t actually look through all the photos this will give them a chance to see it. The customers did a heck of a job planning out the look of this bathroom. I really love the way it looks.Ty Haith Nic Galatis
The funny part is when we were doing the demo we were curious what was behind that corner of the wall that they built out, we thought it was going to be a beam or a pipe going upstairs and when we opened it up somebody closed in the shower fixtures and left them in the wall the entire time with running water to it 🤔You don’t normally see people removing showers from bathrooms but we definitely got a little surprise on this one when we opened it up and found one.

These are my three sons right here, Ty nic aiden . These are the hardest boys I’ve ever met. I’m so proud of them every day. Watching them bust their butts all day long with a great attitude and quality work is the best feeling for a dad. I love my son so much I love all my family so much but having them by my side is just absolutely amazing

Here we got another remodel for a customer of mine that just moved into a new house that wanted to get some work done before they moved in. We replaced the floor with vinyl plank flooring , new kitchen cabinets and countertops, Waynes coating on a couple of the walls, we painted the chimney white and made it look real nice, New light fixtures and some closet doors. Installed a nice backsplash .another job well done.

This is another modular home remodel we did for a friend that was doing another flip, same stuff like we usually do ,painting, cabinets, flooring, this time we did carpet and vinyl plank flooring, I used my carpet guy and he did an amazing job. we did Waynes coating on that little dining room area and it came out looking pretty nice. That room was very plain we needed something give it some character. Thanks again Ty Haith Nic Galatis you guys are the best . another great job.

-this is a big flooring job in Laconia New Hampshire, we ripped up all the carpet and hardwood floor that was there and we replaced it with a very high-end vinyl plank flooring. We removed all the baseboard so that we could install the vinyl flooring without putting any quarter rounds on. Then we put all the baseboard back on. We also removed the countertops and had quartz countertops installed. We have to go back and do the staircase but once we get back to town will be finishing that up and I will post some photos of the staircase that will be done. This job came out really nice. The pictures don’t even do it any justice .in real life it looks so much better.

-this was a moble home remodel that we did. My buddy bought it and flipped it. We had to do a lot of interior repairs before putting the finish work together, new bathrooms new flooring, about 75% sheet rock is new, we built some closets and did all the windows and doors. The outside of the house did not have any wall sheathing so we had to remove all the existing siding and install half inch plywood to the studs before installing any of the windows and doors. Next we installed new skirting and new siding. This job had a lot of water damage and we had to pull a lot of subfloor. But the job came out very nice and almost looks like a brand new trailer in there

I can’t say it enough, I absolutely love working with my sons , you have to be at work every day and you have to make a living and there’s nothing better than being with the people I love so much and teaching them the trade. -this is a small but very involved bathroom. This house was built in the 1800s. We completely gutted the room down to the studs , the floor was completely out of level so we had to level the floor with new framing.
We removed the wall that goes into the bathroom from the kitchen so that we could reframe it and install a pocket door
Once all the framing was done we installed the uncoupling membrane to the floor before installing our new tile floor. We installed a 36” x 5’ tile shower with subway tile and decorative tile on the floor.
-we exposed all the old beams and installed our plaster board between the beams leaving them exposed giving it the look the homeowners really wanted. We had the plaster crew come in and install the veneer plaster and once again came out amazing.
We installed a nice glass door for the shower.
We’re not done yet we still need to put on the new radiator covers and the baseboard and we’re going to build some shelves in that little cubby area behind the shower. We were able to put the exhaust fan right above the shower for maximum ventilation

-this was a small repair job that we did caused from ice damn damage from the bad winter we had last year
-this house is a very nice house in Bedford New Hampshire, they had very nice light colored carpet, we covered the carpet with plastic and drop cloths and the room that it was in did not have doors so we installed plastic completely around the room to protect their stuff and contain the dust from going into the other room, another thing that we do to contain the dust is we have one guy cutting out the damaged ceiling with the multitool while the other guy holds the shop vac up and contains all the dust. Then we installed the plaster board to the ceiling and I had our plaster guys go in and blend that in perfectly. The customer was very happy with the whole process of the job. They were very concerned about the dust because they had another contractor before do the same type of Repair and they were cleaning dust up for months. They were also very happy that when it was done they could not tell there was a repair there at all. When the plaster guys were done we applied two coats of primer and ceiling paint .the customer told me that they did not even find a speck of dust when the job was done .
