This would be great! Some sections of the current code are out of date, and adoption of the International Building Code would help reduce construction costs for many of the residential and commercial projects that I work on.

I am proud to have worked on one of the early projects for this new marketing agency, Raye. I worked as part of a team that re-purposed a shipping container to be used for cost effective, quickly deploy-able, and flexible experiential marketing. The shipping container was designed with a prohibition theme to market a new cocktail product. The modified shipping container can still be seen outside of Gertrude Inc/Raye's offices at the Laguna Lofts in Chicago.

Local ad shop Raye is dipping its toes into the business of designing spaces and small structures—like transforming an old, graffiti-covered CTA train car.
