Great review from Becky... "Great Lakes was truly professional and hardworking. Because we had had rain, they were not able to start when we thought and were surprised Saturday morning when we got a knock at the door šŸ˜ they cleaned up when they were done.

Plus we got a call about a month after they were done and said we had a refund coming!!! Praise the Lord!!!"

Great review from Dan... "Great Lakes Adjusters made the process of handling the claim, dealing with the insurance company, etc., very easy. Quality of work was fine, workers were all great. Had some inexplicable delays in completing the chimney flashing, also getting phone calls returned at times (thus 4 vs 5 stars here), though office personnel very pleasant and helpful when contact could be made."
