Kitchen sink drain was leaking in the wall. Had to find a way to reroute the drain without using an Aav or cutting into the cabinets. Cabinet next to the sink was like 5” wide then a lazy Susan. Island vent for the win.

Old deteriorated cast iron stack along with an old catch basin that was completely caved in and recycling back into the sump pit. Did a minor cleanup and some rerouting to stop the pump from constantly running.

Customers Check Valve was stuck shut creating a soft blockage. We hydro jetted the sewer line, cleaned up the valve, and lubricated all the moving parts.

Little pump and stack work. Installed a Zoeller ProPack 508, new Zoeller m264, and some new pvc piping.
