DOOR SERVICE CALL SPOTLIGHT
Issue: Garage door would not open — possible broken spring.
LJM Garage Door Service responded quickly and got to work diagnosing the problem. After a complete inspection, we found both torsion springs had broken, leaving the door inoperable.
After taking the necessary measurements, we installed two new 15,000-cycle torsion springs and got this customer rolling again.
But we didn’t stop there. During our inspection, we also found:
- A worn cable that needed replacement
-Clopay plastic rollers that were ready for an upgrade
We replaced the cable and upgraded the rollers to nylon rollers with ball bearings for smoother, quieter operation and improved performance.
At LJM Garage Door Service, we believe a service call is about more than simply getting the door open. We inspect the entire system, identify potential problems, explain our recommendations, and make sure the work is done correctly.
Need garage door service? Don’t wait until a small problem becomes a bigger one.
