✨ Celebrating Workforce Development Month! 👷 💼

At HACIA, our Workforce Development programs help individuals build skills, discover opportunities, and build brighter futures. Through professional development and career training, our programs help participants learn, grow, and thrive in today’s workforce.

From our General Construction Pre-Apprenticeship Program and Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship Program to specialized training like the Construction Inspection Technician (CIT) Program, Assistant Project Engineer (APE) Program, and the Future Energy Jobs Act (FEJA) Programs, we’re equipping participants with the skills, mentorship, and connections they need to succeed.

This Workforce Development Month, we celebrate the educators, employers, and inspiring individuals who are connecting people with opportunity, strengthening communities, and building a workforce prepared for the future.
