Project anniversary! Five years ago, F.H. Paschen completed the Hanson Park Health Center in Chicago’s Belmont-Cragin neighborhood for Cook County Health.

The 25,000-square-foot facility features 30 exam rooms and provides space for primary care, women’s health, dental care, cardiology, endocrinology and WIC services.

The project helped create a modern, welcoming healthcare environment designed to expand access to care for the surrounding community.

We recently had the opportunity to present the Paschen Prize to Fairfax County and the McLean Community Center (MCC) during their annual block party.

The Paschen Prize recognizes a project that reflects the teamwork, collaboration and commitment that go into building for the communities we serve. At the Old Firehouse Teen Center, our team completed comprehensive ADA improvements to enhance accessibility throughout the facility, including a new accessible entry, renovated restrooms, sidewalk improvements and other upgrades to improve the building’s functionality.

It was a great opportunity to celebrate the project with the MCC team and the community members who use the space.

A historic property, reimagined for today.

F.H. Paschen has completed a renovation of the guest accommodations at the William F. Bolger Center in Potomac, Maryland, a historic 83-acre facility owned by the U.S. Postal Service.

The project included renovations across six buildings, 410 guest rooms, new lobbies and corridors, updated bathrooms, and a new fitness center, all while working within the complexities of the historic campus.

Project anniversary! 10 years ago, F.H. Paschen completed a specialized stem cell research laboratory renovation at the University of Illinois Hospital.

The project included a GMP Class 10,000 clean room, specialized mechanical systems, medical and support gases, research equipment monitoring infrastructure, and more.

A complex project that required close coordination to create an environment designed for critical research.
