3F Construction has completed the adaptive reuse renovation of this mixed-use property featuring residential apartments above ground-level retail.

Completed in collaboration with Casey Capital and Converge Architecture, the project modernizes the building while preserving its original character — delivering long-term value and tenant appeal in a walkable Evanston location near Northwestern University.
