We have a hundred-year-old brick 2-flat with 3 apartments that need plumbing fixes fairly regularly, and Baethke always works around my schedule and gets things done well in a timely fashion. So much more reliable than plumbers we used in the past.

Even had them fix several problems left by the old plumbers. Today they fixed the hot water heater supply that didn't have a shutoff and had an expansion tank that needed support (they added a bracket and repiped the whole supply); it's definitely worth having them do an inspection to check everything.
