Some milestones deserve a moment to take in the bigger picture.

Last week, we gathered at Karis Park West to celebrate the launch of RJW Logistics Group’s future 1.2 million-square-foot facility. The size alone is impressive, but what stood out most that day was the team behind it.

Projects at this scale are the result of countless decisions, conversations and challenges solved along the way. Seeing the developer, builders, designers, engineers, brokers, community leaders and future occupants together was a reminder that bringing something this significant to life takes a lot of talented people moving in the same direction.

And the impact extends well beyond the building itself. This project represents continued investment in Montgomery, hundreds of new jobs and another major step forward in the growth of Karis Park West.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to mark the occasion and, more importantly, to everyone helping make it happen. We’re proud to be part of what’s taking shape and look forward to celebrating many more milestones together.

Full team participation at Karis Cold’s Building III in Daytona Beach this week — from the ground floor all the way to the roof.

The DSI South team walked the site from top to bottom, checking progress, reviewing details and making sure everything is moving in the right direction.

Once the hard hats came off, the guys traded the jobsite for the golf course and squeezed in a team tee time, where they even did a little local recruiting...

The gator seemed interested, but we’re still waiting on his résumé. Early concerns include communication skills and a tendency to spend too much time around water hazards. 🤭

Another great week of progress at Building III, and proof that at DSI South, the whole team stays involved from the roof deck to the tee box.

Thoughtful interiors. Architectural character. And a few details you don’t see in the average office renovation.

DSI recently completed the transformation of a 7,000 SF Lake Forest workplace, creating a refined environment that balances executive presence, functionality and hospitality while respecting the character of the existing building.

Inside, executive offices and collaborative meeting spaces are complemented by a hospitality-inspired café, custom millwork, premium finishes and abundant natural light. Beyond the interiors, the project extended to an exterior alley garden and structural bridge, creating an unexpected connection between the workplace and its surrounding environment.

The result is a timeless, highly considered space designed to support both the people who work there and the clients they welcome.

The scale is becoming impossible to miss!

Construction continues to move at an impressive pace on the 1.2 M SF build-to-suit distribution center for RJW Logistics Group in Montgomery, Illinois.

As July comes to a close, precast is on track for completion this week, interior foundations are nearing the finish line, utilities continue to advance around the building, and we're preparing for site paving and the arrival of structural steel in mid-August.

In addition to all of the activity on-site, we were excited to welcome the Next Generation Leaders, representing High Street Logistics Properties, LLC, Stockbridge Ltd, Cabot Properties, JLL, ATMI Precast, Link Logistics, and Prologis, Senior Superintendent, Andrew Gardner gave them a firsthand look at the project. It was a great opportunity to showcase the scale of the facility, share the progress being made, and invest in the future of our industry.

Thank you to Karis Cold, RJW, our trade partners, and the entire project team for the trust, collaboration, and commitment that continue to drive this massive project forward.
