Here, one of our carpenters is properly equipped with a harness and PPE while working at the Obama Presidential Center. Harness use may not be required on every scope, but when the job calls for it, we follow the right procedures to keep our team safe.

We’re excited to introduce Bridget Shereck, one of our Summer 2026 interns!
Bridget is entering her senior year at St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, where she is pursuing a degree in Communications with a focus in Advertising and Public Relations. What excites Bridget most about the construction industry is seeing how communications, marketing, and teamwork directly contribute to projects that make a meaningful impact on communities. She is eager to learn from professionals across different departments and gain hands-on experience in an industry that is continually growing and evolving.
Outside of work and academics, Bridget enjoys spending time at the beach and exploring new restaurants throughout the city.

We’re excited to introduce Nick Kavooras, one of our Summer 2026 interns!
Nick is a junior at the University of Wisconsin–Platteville, where he is pursuing a degree in Finance. What drew Nick to the construction industry is the opportunity to experience the fast-paced work environment of the city and see the tangible results that come from hard work and collaboration.
When he’s not working or studying, Nick enjoys spending time in the gym, fishing, and competing as a football player at UW–Platteville.

We’re excited to welcome Frank to Siteline as a Project Manager in our California office.
With more than 20 years in the construction industry, Frank has built his career through hands-on experience, eventually running his own business before discovering his passion for project management. He enjoys the coordination, problem-solving, and teamwork that drive successful projects.
Frank was drawn to Siteline’s family-oriented culture and strong sense of camaraderie, sharing that it felt like a place where people genuinely support one another.

As we wrapped up Memorial Day weekend, our team took time for a Safety Stand Down focused on one important reminder: while holiday weekends are meant for rest and relaxation, returning to the jobsite means getting our heads back in the game.

Safety is more than a policy — it’s a mindset. Taking a moment to reset, refocus, and recommit to looking out for one another helps ensure everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.
