Welcome, Giedre Brazdzionyte!

Giedre joins geniant + Eastlake Studio with a strong technical background in commercial interiors. She is driven by transforming client needs into attractive, functional design solutions that incorporate environmentally friendly materials.

Born in Kaunas, Lithuania, Giedre played with her grandfather’s hand-drafting tools as a child, creating unique shapes that ignited her passion for drawing and design. She went on to earn a degree in interior architecture from Columbia College Chicago, with additional studies in marketing and studio art.

Previously, Giedre gained more than 8 years of experience leading and managing numerous projects, honing her expertise in creative problem-solving, space planning, 3D modeling, construction documentation, and management. Her work includes the nonprofit headquarters of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing Offices in Chicago, and therapy clinics for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder around the US.

Outside of the studio, Giedre enjoys traveling, reading, visiting museums, and hand sketching around the city. She is an avid skier, who lives in a Printer’s Row apartment with her fiancé, thirty plants, and a dog named Mocha.

Grab your moonshine for one last cheers to Cyber Rodeo, our 2022 Halloween benefit, which raised more than $24,000 for Designs For Dignity.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to every organization and individual who donated. This effort by our generous network will help provide free design services and products to nonprofits around the Chicagoland area.

And, we are happy to report that although the golden horse was sent out to pasture, the extra-large disco ball has found a permanent home at Eastlake Studio.

What an epic night! Cyber Rodeo, this year's studio Halloween party, raised $24,000 for Designs for Dignity, an impactful organization that transforms nonprofit environments through pro bono design services and in-kind donations.
