We are thrilled to announce the promotion of David Gonzalez as our general superintendent.

Dave started with us as an apprentice in 2005 and progressed to journeyman electrician in 2010. He left and came back in 2015 and has been running jobs as a foreman ever since. Having worked on many of our major jobs and projects he is ready to oversee all of our jobs as general superintendent.
Congrats Dave!

Taylor Electric Company welcomes our newest Project Coordinator: Veary Parker.

Although Veary, or V, as she is called is new to the construction industry, she comes with a wealth of experience having completed the Illinois Works Pre-Apprenticeship Program. Knowing blueprint reading and job site safety gives her the tools necessary to assist our project managers and the operations team with the administrative work for all of our projects.

Welcome V!

We are excited to formally introduce the promotion of Christopher Warke as our Vice President of Operations.

Chris started with us as a journeyman electrician in 1994. After working in the field for over 18 years, he came into the office to serve as an estimator and project manager and was soon promoted to Head Estimator. With all of his experience on the jobsite and in the office, Chris was the natural choice to lead our operations team as VP.

I'm honored to have received the James J. McGlynn, Sr. Legislative Leadership Award for my work with the Electrical Contractors Association of Chicago throughout the years. Being a strong union supporter, I understand the value of the union electrical construction industry in Illinois; I'm proud to have represented them in the Illinois Senate.

My thanks to Kendra Dinkins, ECA President, Taylor Electric Company, and Jerry McGlynn, McWilliams Electric Co., Inc. for your thoughtful recognition.
