The 8,000 people who work in the Aon Center can now work and play as the building recently opened its new Cloud Level amenity space, designed by Gary Lee Partners.

601W Cos. just opened its Cloud Level amenity space at Aon Center, which it bought for $713M in 2015.

We're coming full circle at 366 W. Superior Street. What used to be our office will be rebuilt and opened as luxury apartments with units designed by Gary Lee Partners. Follow the link to find renderings of the project, now under construction.

Construction is underway on Superior House, a new 12-story, 34-unit luxury condominium building located at 366 W. Superior Street in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Designed by FitzGerald, the project is expected to open in spring 2020.
