Power wash, wait 1-2 days, check wood with a moisture meter, sand using 80 grit, then use 150 grit, hand sand all tight areas, and apply the stain 2 coats using oil-based, semi-transparent Stain. 🎨Wallpaper removal! Repair walls/ paint!
We used steamers to remove the majority of the paper. Then, we used an adhesive remover to take off the glue that was stuck on the walls. We repaired all cracks, mudded the walls where needed, caulked all cracks on baseboards, sanded, primed, and painted..

🎨Walls and Trim Painted! All the wood was sanded, primed, caulked, wood filled, and sanded again, then painted 2 coats with an airless paint sprayer. We brushed and rolled the walls using the color: Agreeable Gray.

🎨💯Cabinets! Done! We sprayed the boxes on site and took the doors and drawers back to our spray booth. Then, once the doors/drawers are complete and ready for transportation, we re-install them. If you want to swap out hardware , this is the time to do so. New hinges, new handles!!! This process takes about 5 days. But we are only in the home for 2 days.
