The Cook County Commission on Social Innovation, which I have the honor to serve as Vice Chair, just released its 2019 Annual Report. Founded in 2016, the Commission makes policy recommendations to the Cook County Government to create, scale, sustain and fund novel solutions to social problems.

The Commission on Social Innovation brings together government officials from Cook County and the City of Chicago and partners who lead in social entrepreneurship, economic development, philanthropic investment, research, and nonprofits.
