Wrapping up another major commercial project in Crown Point as subcontractors for CertaPro Painters.

Our team worked across multiple substrates using the proper coating systems for each surface, ensuring durability, protection, and a clean, elegant finish throughout the project.

This project also included a major color change that was carefully completed without interrupting the daily operations of employees and nearby businesses. During spray application, special precautions were taken to protect vehicles, surrounding areas, and customer property at all times.

Safety was also a key part of this project. Our crew operated lifts using proper safety procedures and equipment, including harnesses, controlled work zones, and careful coordination while working at height to ensure a safe environment for both workers and the public.

A professional spray application is not just about painting fast — it’s about protecting every surrounding surface correctly to achieve sharp lines, smooth coverage, and a flawless final result. Proper masking and covering make all the difference, especially when working with darker colors next to already finished lighter surfaces.

This commercial exterior had not been painted in over 25 years. Time, weather, and failing previous preparation had caused the paint to peel heavily and the surface to deteriorate.
Working as subcontractors for CertaPro Painters, we completed extensive scraping, sanding, surface preparation, and power washing to create a clean, solid surface for proper adhesion. 💧🪵🎨
The result was a fresh, renewed exterior and very happy clients. Projects like this show how important proper preparation is for a long-lasting finish.

Incredible transformation by the fire department in Gary 🚒👏
