Earlier this year, the homeowners of this Lincoln Park property reached out to us to upgrade their windows and doors. By removing the SDL bars and transoms, we flooded the space with natural light and completely revitalized the home’s interior.

In 2025, the Art Institute of Chicago redesigned its Allerton lobby to redirect traffic through a single check-in entry rather than 3. Their request for large doors had to comply with the museum’s architecture, design, and installation regulations.

The 11′ x 15′ pivot doors feature a customized steel profile with a custom liquid paint finish. The slim frame and finish blend seamlessly into the existing lobby. The doors match the design of the patinated stair railings outside the lobby.
