Cabworks Custom Elevators is proud to highlight one of its unique custom cab projects at Triangle Plaza, located at 8770 West Bryn Mawr Avenue, in Chicago, Illinois. Owned by Värde Partners and managed by Glenstar Properties, Triangle Plaza is a Class A, Energy Star certified premier office complex that features two 14-story office buildings and is known for its striking architectural design and meticulously maintained environment. Cabworks partnered with our good friends at Urban Elevator Service on this exciting project that combines elements of the CabArray Marquee and Contempo designs.

The Triangle Plaza custom cab interior features include:

Triangle Plaza’s beautifully kept exterior and interior spaces create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances productivity and comfort, and this Cabworks custom cab hybrid design was an exceptional addition to the overall aesthetic of this property.

Cabworks Custom Elevators is ecstatic to showcase one of its recently completed custom cab projects at The Ritz Carlton Tiburon located in Naples, Florida. This magnificent resort is owned by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC, and is nestled among native wetlands and migratory bird preserves. Cabworks partnered with our good friends at Elever Consulting Company to deliver exceptional results on this project.

The Ritz Carlton Tiburon is inspired by Naples’ tropical greenery and verdant lush surroundings, carved woods, organic patterns, and luminous finishes that come together to create spaces that feel grounded, restorative, and effortlessly modern. Cabworks took this inspiration and added its creativity to produce a truly exceptional custom cab.

Cabworks Custom Elevators is pleased to announce the completion of another one of our CabArray Performer projects at the Dunescape Beach Club Tower, located in Michigan City, Indiana. Managed by the Dunescape Beach Club Homeowners Association, this magnificent condominium complex features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, private covered balconies with panoramic lake views, open-concept living spaces, and beach access.

Cabworks Custom Elevators is excited to highlight another of its custom cab projects at The Rivvy (a Tribute Hotel), located at 55 East Ontario, in Chicago’s River North area. Owned by ACORE Capital, The Rivvy Hotel (the reinvention of Hotel 55) is a new anchor for the neighborhood, built for imaginative experiences and intimate spaces, offering a wealth of amenities and services. Cabworks partnered with our good friends at Pepper Construction Group on this exciting project.

Cabworks Custom Elevators is proud to highlight one of our CabArray Performer projects at the City of Henderson City Hall located in Henderson, Nevada. This multi-phase project features a four-story, cast-in-place concrete structure, a sleek aluminum and glass curtain wall system, a connecting bridge linking City Hall to a six-story parking garage, and a garage structure utilizing post-tensioned slabs and beams with cast-in-place concrete shear walls. We had the pleasure to partner with our good friends at Otis Elevator Co, on this cab project.
