Contracted halfway through Demo, PHS was able to come through and finish out this project according to the homeowners original vision while still remaining within the budget! Yesterdays work. Housing association has a failing foundation, we were contracted out to remove rotten bottom plates, install proper sill plates bolted down and properly treated as well as reinforce current wall while being as minimally invasive as possible.

Problem: The Client wanted to update their kitchen without breaking the bank to make it happen.

Solution: Minor repairs and spray applying paint to the cabinets gives it a like-new, almost textureless appearance. Both refreshing the kitchen and saving the existing cabinets.
