Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and motivated construction team member to assist with residential construction and remodeling projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and working in a small team environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist with residential construction and remodeling tasks
• Perform general labor duties including framing, drywall, demo, and cleanup
• Load/unload materials and tools
• Follow safety procedures and job site guidelines
• Work closely with the owner and crew to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
Qualifications
• Construction experience preferred but not required (willing to train the right candidate)
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
