A historic day for organized labor in the Hudson Valley! The Hudson Valley Building and Construction Trades Council and Central Hudson Gas and Electric signed a labor usage agreement today at LIUNA Local 17 requiring any project over $375,000 that has a prevailing wage requirement and projects over $1.5m be performed by UNION contractors or have a project labor agreement attached! 👏👏👏
