Yesterday was day 1 of building our new project on Lake George - NY. The basement - Superior Walls prefab was just waiting for the materials to arrive. This is our first modular basement and so far very good. Looking to cap the foundation next week, backfill and then build with the race against mother nature to get the roof on.

Time for a 2024 update. We started another log home project in the fall of 2023 in Elizabethtown, NY. With the arrival of 2024 and winter, we are racing to get a roof on the project.

This is another Scandinavian design from Timberhaven partner Pluspuu and features clean lines with a modern touch.

Looking forward to seeing the shingles on.

The second building on my Cooperstown project. Three stall garage with log siding in the same profile as the guest house. This is also finished in the black stain with black standing seam roof and Andersen windows. The garage doors were selected to keep that same modern look.

It has been a while since updating my projects. We are currently in Cooperstown building a Scandinavian designed log home that we started back in late 2022. This is the first of 3 buildings and is the guest house. The look is very modern with a crisp, black exterior with black standing seam roof and black Andersen windows.
