KRM Construction is officially bringing the Washington College Innovation Plant to life!
We are incredibly honored to be awarded this project. This 16,000-square-foot transformation will turn a historic warehouse into a modern hub for regional workforce development, entrepreneurship, and civic leadership. From a commercial kitchen to an advanced makerspace, this building is going to catalyze economic and educational opportunities all across the Upper Eastern Shore.

We enjoyed collaborating during the design phase, and now we’re ready to get to work on the build!
