Hey friends, family, and contractor connections,

I’m looking for some help finding a dependable foundation, concrete, or block contractor for a residential addition in Mayfield Heights.

We had a foundation company fall through close to the start of the project, so I’m trying to connect with a solid company or crew that can help us keep this moving for the homeowner.

The scope would be for an addition foundation and may include:

* Concrete footer
* Block foundation
* Brick veneer or foundation facing
* Drain tile/backfill, if offered

We are the GC on the project and will coordinate the rest of the trades. I’m mainly looking for someone who communicates well, is properly insured, and can provide realistic pricing and availability.

After a long season of prayer, broken floors, patience, fundraising, planning, volunteer hours and trusting God through the process, we are finally seeing the women and children at Shalom Home receive the flooring upgrade they have desperately needed. ❤️

What once felt far off is now becoming reality room by room, step by step.

To everyone who donated, shared, encouraged and prayed to help make this happen — thank you. Your support continues to create safe, welcoming spaces where healing and recovery can take place.

A special thank you to Ohio Recovery Housing for the grant funding that made this project possible and to the MST Crew (Matthew Seven Twenty-Four) for putting in the hard work to complete the installation.

This work is about so much more than flooring. It’s about dignity, restoration, stability and creating a place that truly feels like home.
