For this project we put down all new tile floor in the laundry room bathroom entryway and lower level family room the exits to the pool patio. We also redid the steps leading to the kitchen new railing and new kitchen floor installed. Lower level family room had stuck a walls that was redone smooth and painted new trim installed throughout. The laundry room we installed cabinets quartz countertops stainless steel sink tile backsplash behind the counter and behind the washer and dryer. And then in the bathroom we installed a tiled shower along with tiling all of the walls utilizing every ounce of space a rear flush toilet was installed in its own space with pocket doors to enter bathroom and toilet room.

What was a wood burning fireplace has been replaced with gas vented unit. Completely redone with new stack stone tiles and built in cabinets with floating shelves and Lighting on the underside of each shelf. Just waiting on the hearth stone to be delivered.

Bathroom remodel in Olmsted Falls owner had us remove their whirlpool bath tub and build a walk-in style shower. We took the old shower and turned that into a closet installed new flooring and installed new countertop sinks mirrors and Lighting and painted the bathroom.
