When water eats away at your base, the surface won’t last.
We repaired the washout with 1” minus and riprap for erosion control, then patched with hot asphalt to restore the area properly.

We have received reports from O’Fallon and St. Peters MO of individuals going door-to-door claiming to represent O’Rourke Contracting LLC and offering driveway work using “leftover hot mix asphalt.”

Let us be very clear:

These individuals are NOT affiliated with our company.

Reported vehicle description:
• Black Ford extended cab pickup
• Unmarked
• No company logos or DOT markings
• No branded shirts or uniforms
• No matching O’Rourke Contracting business cards

⚠️ Yes — we do door knock in areas where we are actively working.
However:

• Our trucks are clearly branded.
• Our crew members wear company apparel.
• We provide professional business cards that match our official logo.
• All work is scheduled and documented through our office.
• We do NOT sell “leftover asphalt” at discounted cash prices.

The Sheriff’s Department has been notified regarding this activity in and around the area. Law enforcement agencies within a 50-mile radius of our operating offices have been made aware of this situation.

If you are caught using our company name, logo, or reputation to solicit homeowners, legal action will be pursued for fraud and impersonation.

Neighborhoods have cameras. License plates are traceable. Impersonating a licensed contractor is not a minor offense.

Heavily damaged asphalt area from equipment traffic. We cut out the worn top layer and replaced it with fresh asphalt to restore the surface.
