Two doors. Two completely different looks. 😍🚪

From a statement-making front entry to a beautiful set of doors leading to the backyard, sometimes the right door is all it takes to completely change the look of a space.

We’re loving the black + warm brass combination on both of these recent Lakeside projects. 🖤✨

Which style are you choosing — 1 or 2?

Three days of learning, connecting, and bringing home new ideas from the CCN conference at the Four Seasons!

Always grateful for the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, learn from some of the best in the industry, and find new ways to keep growing and improving at Lakeside.

And a special shoutout to Bruce Dell with structurem_ - not only an incredible partner behind our website and digital marketing, but someone who truly understands our business and continues to help us grow. Always great getting to spend some time with you in person, Bruce!

Great few days with a pretty solid crew. 👏🏼

👏 Crew shoutout to Richard and his team!

This James Hardie transformation turned out BEAUTIFUL. 🤎 The homeowners chose Timberbark, and we love how the warm, earthy color complements the existing brick and wood accents throughout the exterior.

And can we talk about that board & batten?! 😍 It adds so much character while still feeling completely natural to the style of the home.

Another gorgeous exterior brought to life by our Lakeside crew. Great work, Richard & team! 👏

There’s a lot that goes into a beautiful finished exterior before you ever see the final siding. 👏🏡

Our crew is hard at work on this James Hardie siding project, and right now you can see an important part of the process — the weather barrier that helps protect the home underneath the finished exterior.

It may not be the glamorous part of a renovation, but these are the details that matter. Proper preparation + quality materials = an exterior built with the long term in mind.

Stay tuned for the finished transformation! 👀

Two window quotes for the same job, thousands of dollars apart. What's actually different?
Usually it's what's left out of the fine print, not the windows themselves.
See what to check before you sign:

A window quote's real value lies in the fine print, so St. Louis homeowners should compare installers, warranties, and specs before signing.

Sometimes it’s the last-minute design decisions that make the biggest impact. ✨

One of Vishal’s favorite details in this kitchen? Taking the backsplash tile all the way up and around the windows.

It wasn’t part of the original plan, but while finalizing the design, Rachel showed the homeowners what the space could look like with the tile extended - and they loved it.

Looking at the finished kitchen, we’d say they made the right call. 👏

Would you have taken the tile all the way up, too?

Great looking rainbow stretches across the eastern sky over the Lakeside Renovation & Design Weather Deck! There are still some pesky showers over St. Louis... but they are gradually pushing off to the east. Mostly cloudy skies will linger tonight and there may even be some patchy fog.
