Meet Stefanie, our Office Manager and one of the people who helps keep everything at Recon Electric running smoothly behind the scenes!

With over 20 years of experience in an office setting, Stefanie brings organization, hard work, and dedication to everything she does.

But for Stefanie, what makes Recon special is the people.

"I love my job because it gives me a strong sense of purpose. I’m a hardworking and organized person, and my job allows me to use and highlight those strengths every day. This company is especially meaningful because it’s the first place I’ve worked where I truly feel like part of a family rather than just an employee. We genuinely enjoy working together, joke around, and support one another while still getting the job done. There is a strong sense of respect and appreciation among everyone, and that means more to me than I can put into words. I’m grateful to be part of a team where people value one another and where I feel respected, appreciated, and truly welcomed."
