That bright green, fast growing “w**d” in your lawn might be nutsedge.
And nutsedge is not controlled the same way as common lawn w**ds.

Standard w**d control products often do not solve the problem because nutsedge grows from underground tubers and can keep coming back if it is not treated correctly. Pulling it by hand can also make the problem worse by disturbing the root system and encouraging more growth.
