September might be one of the most beautiful months in a New Jersey garden. 🌿✨

Summer is still holding on, but fall is beginning to make its presence known. The light gets softer, mornings feel cooler, ornamental grasses start to glow, and late-season blooms bring one more beautiful stretch of color.

It’s a month where two seasons seem to meet in the same garden.

And that’s part of what makes a thoughtfully planned landscape so special. There’s always something changing, something emerging, and something worth noticing. 🍂

Fall is one of the most important times of year for your lawn, and aeration and overseeding can make a noticeable difference.

The hum of bees moving from bloom to bloom. Cicadas buzzing in the distance. Birds calling from the trees. Leaves rustling in the warm breeze.

There’s something special about the garden at the end of summer. The flowers are full, the pollinators are busy, and everything seems to be soaking up these last golden days before the seasons begin to change.

Sometimes the best way to enjoy your landscape is simply to sit, listen, and take it all in. 🐝🦋
