Office Administrator (Part-Time or Full-Time)
LM&R Excavating, LLC โ Chester, WV
LM&R Excavating is a growing, family-owned excavation and trucking company seeking a reliable and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. This position offers flexibility for either part-time or full-time hours depending on the candidate.
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Handle accounts payable/receivable and general financial tracking
Maintain job costing and assist with project record keeping
Track trucking logs, fuel usage, and related documentation
Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and general office operations
Manage and update company social media accounts
Communicate with team members, vendors, and customers as needed
Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks (required)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent communication skills
Experience in construction, excavation, or trucking industries is a plus
Familiarity with social media management (Facebook, etc.)
