It’s been a very busy end of the week. Numerous activities are underway with many contractors and businesses collaborating side by side for a common objective. Route 4 from the Steelville T doesn’t help with the incessant traffic. U.S. Department of Agriculture is starting to come together.

As winter approaches, we would like to inform you that we are currently hiring for the upcoming season. This is a part-time opportunity that may lead to full-time employment. Job details include plowing snow and throwing salt. Pay is based on experience, ranging from $25 to $35 per hour, and also takes into account knowledge, honesty, and reliability. We understand it’s early, but it’s never too early to prepare for the worst-case scenario. We are pleased to announce that we have already secured numerous contracts for the 2025-2026 winter season. Given the unprecedented events of the previous winter season, it’s essential to plan ahead and secure a spot on our schedule. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability unless contracts are signed. With that being said,

Despite the challenges posed by changing weather conditions and plans, we successfully executed the project. The outcome justified the adjustments made along the way. We removed approximately 200 loads of dirt, dismantled the old well tank, and demolished the concrete wall. Additionally, we expanded the driveway, significantly enhancing the safety of the backing-out experience for the owners, who previously had limited visibility due to the wall.

Last two weeks has been a struggle. We normally don’t get storms like this. This is all not normal. I can’t thank my guys/ crew enough for all the hard work/long hours we have all put in trying to keep everything hazards free, and slip free and stores open. We service property’s within a 50 mile radius of Chester Illionis. Several big contracts up in Belleville, Fairview Heights and Chester Illionis.
