We're Hiring: Field Safety Specialist
Are you passionate about keeping crews safe and making a real impact in the construction industry?
Durable Surfaces is looking for a Field Safety Specialist to support our growing team. This hands-on role works directly with field crews and operations leadership to promote safe work practices, OSHA compliance, and continuous improvement across active job sites.
What we're looking for:
✔️ 2–4 years of construction safety or field operations experience
✔️ OSHA knowledge (ASP certification or working toward it preferred)
✔️ Willingness to travel to project sites (company vehicle provided)
✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔️ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
