We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative, accounting, and office operations. This role is critical to keeping our business organized, compliant, and running smoothly while supporting project teams and ownership.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Assisting with payroll processing and timecard tracking
- Entering and tracking job costs, invoices, and vendor bills
- Reconcile bank accounts and company credit cards
- Maintain financial records for CPA review
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records
- Manage office files, contracts, insurance documents, and compliance paperwork
- Assist with bid documents and project administration
- Provide administrative support to ownership and project teams
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Experience in office management, bookkeeping, or accounting
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, and basic HR functions
- Proficient in QuickBooks (or something similar)
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
- High integrity and ability to work independently
