We’re hiring a motivated HVAC helper looking to grow into a maintenance / service technician. If you actually want to learn the trade and not just swap parts all day, keep reading.
What we’re looking for:
2–5 years HVAC experience
Shows up, works hard, and wants to get better
Can take direction and eventually run calls
Valid driver’s license (required)
Must pass background check
What you get:
💰 $20+/hr (based on experience + performance)

Schedule:
Monday–Friday 7:30–4:30
On-call possible (based on experience)
